  • Supabase Inc. — Database hosting (EU-Frankfurt region, eu-central-1)
  • Resend Inc. — Transactional email delivery (EU region)
  • Plausible Insights OÜ — Privacy-friendly website analytics (EU-hosted, cookieless)

Each processor is bound by data processing agreements and processes data only as instructed by us.

6. International data transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU-central-1). Where any processor transfers data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Waitlist submissions: 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Prospect communications: 36 months from the last interaction.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised; no personal data is retained by Plausible.

After these periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
